Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy provides you with an open and supportive space to talk and work through life's challenges. I believe in your innate capacity to heal and that you are the expert of your own experience, but that you likely need a bit of help in setting a plan in motion for achieving your goals. I will work collaboratively with you to unlock this most authentic and fulfilled sense of self.

Couples Therapy

Couples and Polycules Therapy involves both individual and group sessions to understand the complexities of your particular relationship. I aim to work with you to make sure each partner feels seen, heard, and valued by improving insight into your patterns of interaction and increasing positive communication while decreasing defensive reactions. 


Some areas that you and your partner(s) may need support with include:

  • Understanding and Navigating Attachment Styles

  • Communication and Trust

  • Marital or Pre-Marital Counseling

  • Parenting

  • Alternative/Open Relationships

  • Infidelity


Sex Therapy

Sex Therapy focuses on any sexual concerns you may have and how they may interfere with leading the life you want to live. Much of this work may involve unpacking the unhelpful narratives and scripts that we have around sex and sexuality, as informed by our families, cultures, and society at large. 

*Sex Therapy does not involve any sexual contact between the therapist and client.

  • Lack of Desire

  • Difficulties in Arousal

  • Concerns around Pleasure or Orgasm

  • Exploration of Kinks or Fetishes

  • Out of Control Sexual Behavior

  • STI Diagnosis
